The show she played in 92 performances received acclaim from Canadian reviewers. The actor was invited to join Stratford's conservatory course, in which a select eight men and four women are accepted for a course lasting 20 weeks on the classical stage that she was eager to take. The role was secured for Contractor for the following play as she was offered the part for the role of Hermia A Midsummer Night's Dream.
